Another Noveltoon. This one is on KZbin but it's just a NTA print. Great use of colors in this cartoon.

This is like Fleischer’s The Ant in the Plants(1940) And Mr. Bug(1942) but with bees instead of ants and other bugs

Yes it reminds me of ants in the plants . All they needed was the uncle song 😆

I remember seeing this on a vhs I owned when I was a child. I think it was included with the Little Audrey cartoon Tarts and Flowers, and some stop motion animation type cartoon that I’ve never been able to find anywhere online. I know that it involved a mean dragon kidnapping a princess and taking her to a kingdom of gingerbread, and a young shoemaker named Mark volunteered to go and save her. I’ve searched everywhere and haven’t found it again.

1:00- Caricature of Walter Winchell, who had a popular Sunday night news/gossip/commentary radio show from the 1930's through the '50s (he didn't appear on TV regularly until 1952).

What is it about the subject of bees and honey that has inspired some of my favorite toons😊? Honey land is another wonderful example.
