I will give my two cents, watch what you want. Enjoyed the two reactions so far. Sub or Dub for AOT are both great. If you guys ever choose to rewatch, just rewatch it in the other language, you will want to rewatch anyway, the rewatch-ability of this show is top tier.

Also, you could always record the entire episode and stitch it to your reaction and reupload for episode 2 and just match it up to your reactions and reupload, but as someone who has also been in the same boat it's a bit annoying.

Please continue with the dub. This is coming from a sub "elitist", as in I enjoy sub more than dub (in most animes). However, the AOT dub isn't terrible or unwatchable. It's pretty good (except for the Titan screams lol)

Toxic? No. Just being real. Sub is the better experience in terms of voice acting.But I guess due to smaller screen size, farther sitting distance and frequent communication btwn eachother, DUB is best suited in this case.

It would be better if you eatch if in japanese than in english. The way they talk in japanese is much better, the voice acting is greater than english. I watche in japanese the first time, and when i convinced my sister to watch it, we started watching it in English. The difference was too obvious, honestly i couldn't continue watching it in English, so we continued in japanese

Watch what your friends enjoy -- sub or dub -- because if your friends do not enjoy watching, then what's the point 🤔 Who cares about monetizing if your friends aren't enjoying the experience. Sub is obviously better in terms of voice acting but for Westerners who are 1st time approaching a new medium like anime and totally unfamiliar with the Japanese language I dun see a problem with them watching dub, it’s more natural for them and easy for them to follow the story. For 1st time watcher, whatever that catch their attention is good. The biggest attraction abt the show is not limited by language boundaries.

And every other channel that switched to sub after starting dub had a significant increase in audience. Usually more than 10xing their viewers. That’s helpful knowledge for creators. Within that week they got their numbers up to the point to gain monetization and now it’s their full time job. You’re the only person actively wishing this channel to continue to do poorly.
