I am on a form of carnivore, keto but only 10g of carbs. I call it ketovore. I Started last January (2024), and lost 50 lbs. This year my goal is 50ish more. Results so far: was on 17 meds, now down to 7. I have grade 3 breast cancer, but my brain (as well) cancer has metastasis to my lungs and bones. Prognosis given in 2022 was 2 yrs. Was palliative care. Rather now, on curative care. Love it. The only veg i eat are fermented. I feel great and out of my wheel chair. Less seizures, headaches etc.
