Do you have any tips for flying the Attacker FB.1? I'm currently grinding it and will most likely get it soon. So I'm curious if there's anything I need to know about it before getting my ass clapped. Also a little edit: 33:00 do you think that at this point the spitfire could have just done a vertical loop to stall out the F4U and then get in it's tail since the spit has pretty good stall speed? That's something I would have done, although I have barely fought the F4s with Spitfires.

What do you think about the YS in this matchmaker? I think its still a beast in a downtier, while in an uptier everyone underestimates it. DEFAs shred, 9Bs help with braindead 104s and it has great energy retention

@@DEFYN I eventually gave up on the sea fury. It has not a single redeeming quality other than top speed which is equal or inferior to anything on 5.7. If only had acceleration, good flaps or good guns it would be viable, but it's down the ta152c path, a poor flight model raised in BR because it's good on ground RB.

@@kingghidorah8106 Not so much poor FM so much as it has conservative peace time engine settings rather than war time engine settings it used in combat. Outside of the low engine power it's FM is fine historically with nothing really too far off. If it had it's war time engine settings it would basically play as a fat Tempest II.

to be honest i dont see how f5c is gonna beat the mig 21. At hight speeds f5 turns tighter and is better overall but if you take low speed fight mig 21 will absolutely demolish you due to low speed power generation difference. (from mig 21's pilot experience)

So basically it's a bit anal for the f5 since he needs to play very passive and keep speed by not S holding/full pulling but if you do this the 21 has no way to kill you until he runs out of speed and dies.

That 0 throttle shit is so silly. Like what do they think that does? If you are in a plane that the whole point is that it retains its energy and has good engine power, how does 0 throttle help in any way? You go 0 throttle, you don't turn any better, you miss the shot anyway, and now your position sucks. That turn reversal stuff is also dumb. Just pick a direction and go with it. You can't fix going in the wrong direction partway through by going the correct direction, unless the enemy player is really, really stupid or you have a massive position advantage.
