In unpacking take care of your bedroom and bathrooms first and do the kitchen last. You can always go out to eat but you can’t live without the bedroom and bathrooms.

Lily, the best trick I’ve found for any kind of back pain is to get a tennis ball, lay down on the floor, and put it under the area that hurts. Your body weight on the ball will hurt for a bit, but after like 10-15 minutes, it will all relax and feel a million times better. Give it a try. Congrats on the new place!
