I think it should worry people. Immensely. I really wish people would wake up. Cuz Disney is years ahead. Disney is attempting to own the likeness of the actors portraying their characters. We all seen it coming with Tupacs hologram at Coachella. McDonald’s already implemented a fully automated restaurant, so flipping burgers jobs are going to disappear. Target has more self checkouts than ever before and they don’t require locking everything up. The inception of Electric Dance Music has brought us to a future where music has to have no lyrics just mashup of sounds and crashes. Not to mention even scrapping sewers is now being done by robots. I think the actors need to put in their contract that Hollywood strays from stealing their likeness period. Or get paid for generations to come. Think ahead. Cuz Disney is.

#EvilExists even if you've never seen it before. There is no kumbaya future for humanity, no matter what. There will *always* be someone who exploits or takes advantage of other peoples' trust, period. No doubt. Unfortunately, life is changing drastically. Where these individuals had to grow up with computers taking the jobs they always knew. We as growing adults are competing with robots. This tech is upgrading far too quickly. In a few years even social workers won’t be required. Who do you think will be faster? A human speaking over the phone with emotions? Or a computer with years of conversations and Logs that can answer or determine an answer faster than a human can open a textbook to double check an answer? I think the intellect of us, humans, at this point in time is at an all time low, and corporate offices know this. No one can think for themselves anymore. Everything has to be googled because most people can’t remember yesterday. Let alone when the Trump admin declared the switch from the Physical age to the Digital age. And while no one believed me then, now Disney has announced it will begin haunting production on physical media starting with Australia.

Reality is far different. The truth is actors and writers need billionaires to fund their projects, but billionaires can take their money and go home, they don’t NEED to make movies. The big money in Hollywood see this as a purge, this is their chance to get rid of all these actors and writers who are making all of these money losing movies and shows. 😢It used to be back in the 80’s that a movie that didn’t break even was extremely rare. Now more than half don’t break even. Right here on KZbin there is great fan fiction! These people do it for free! Perhaps these actors and writers are very easily replaced? And I do think using anyone’s likeness is using their IP. But why do that? If you want AI characters, make original characters! The idea that celebrities sell movies is antiquated, Star Wars was the biggest movie ever when it comes to profits, and they were all unknown actors, and George wrote the whole thing. Yes Ford had a minor part in American Graffiti, but that didn’t bring anyone to see SW. I don’t blame them for wanting their fair share, and standing up for themselves, but I think they’ve been had, this strike is what the billionaires at the top wanted to happen. They have plenty of money, they can go years and years without negotiating, the great purge in Hollywood has begun.
