Galvez is straight, honest, responsible, and transparent. I can attest to that. Before you say that there is corruption, you must know first what is the process of decommissioning. We don’t call it surrendering, we call it DECOMMISSIONING. Further, you must have the basis and evidence for that, not just kung ano lang maisip ng utak mo na sabihin. Sa mga tanong at salita mo, ibig lang sabihin nyan, wala kang alam sa process ng decommissioning at wala kang alam sa agreement. Alamin mo muna bago ka dada ng dada. That is a mere accusation! I don't see any professionalism on someone trying to wrongly accuse a person or employing a bullying tactics during hearing. Is the purpose of this hearing to investigate for aid in the legislation or court hearing? Or to earn pogi points? Sen. Tulfo appear to be grandstanding and it's a bit disappointing for him to accuse the retired general without a solid proof other than a mismatch on record for lack of explanation or footnotes.
