I literally screamed when I saw the tittle of this video, then I yelled “What?!” when you said you’re SIX MONTHS pregnant. I AM SOOO HAPPY for you!! I really hope the birth is as easy as it can be. With the added complication of a differently shaped uterus, I totally understand why you chose not to announce it till now. You’re my favourite KZbinr (I feel more connected to you than anyone else I watch) and I just want hug you (which is odd because I’m not a hugger) with joy. When your beautiful baby is born I’m going to go back to the beginning of your Sims series to laugh at your assertion that you don’t want children. a good tip for preparing the dogs: Have a baby holder of some kind covered by a blanket or so, and place a speaker with crying noises inside, and leave the dogs in the same room as it, that way when the baby comes they won't be as barky when it cries, because they're somewhat used to it. Congrats!

And with her bump being so low and talking about how low baby sits I think it’s a boy! My baby boy sits quite low as well which is common for baby boys! I could be wrong though!

It took me three tries but I finally build up the emotional strength to watch this. I am excited for you both. I am infertile without IVF and have already had one failed IVF attempt. We will be trying again. But I am also trying to accept that I am 33 on August 6th so if it doesn't work soon I'll probably never be a mum. I am much like Ali and have always wanted children. My husband is much like Clare and it took him years to warm up to the idea of having children. I am going to force myself to stop being sad about my issues and force myself to be excited for your situation. It must have been an emotional roller-coaster at the start. With all my pregnancies the 'will it work' thoughts were the hardest parts up until the miscarriages and then being told natural will never work again. So I know how worrying and anxiety filled the start of pregnancy is. I am so happy that your baby is growing healthy and strong. You will both make wonderful parents. I know your baby will grow up to be a well rounded epic gamer. Now you just have to level up your parenting skill so you can do the Super Efficient Baby Care interaction. Also a friendly reminder that babies aren't objects. Real advice now: you are in this together. Remember that the baby is both of your responsibility. Also Clare if you struggle with breast feeding (many women do) that is okay and nothing to get upset about. Modern baby formula is just as good if not better than a mothers milk.

It is thoroughly unhelpful to suggest that someone who wants a child but it's struggling to have one should "just" do anything. I'm 37 and desperate to be a mother, and with no success after 8 months of trying (after 20 years or so of seeking the right person to try with!) I can assure you that I'm well aware of the alternative options available and I'm sure that Elise is too. I can promise you that none of the options are something that you "just do". Keeping my fingers crossed for Elise and congratulations to Claire and Ali xx

He was sniffing at my belly like crazy and I didn't know why.. 2 weeks after I took a test and it was positive.. animals are so good with kids. Wish you all the luck of this world! my cat was the same way. he used to jump onto my belly all the time then one day he started avoiding my belly altogether(it was like mid May 2011) and i didn't know why and then i found out i was a little over two and half weeks pregnant at the end of the same month.

I was literally on the phone with my boyfriend who knows I watch Clare’s videos RELIGIOUSLY because of how much of an inspiration she has been to me. I remember always telling him how she was fearful of pregnancy and the idea of childbirth but I would always tell him how the two of you would make absolutely amazing parents because of the way you two love and care with all your hearts for each other and other people. The moment I saw this I yelled into the phone at him and started crying even before I pressed play, this was so exciting to hear. Clare, you look absolutely STUNNING and the love that you two share is so beautiful. This baby will be loved so much and your whole community sees that. If you are child free by choice know that your decisions are so very valid. There are lots of COMMENTS saying Clare "grew up" or has "grown so much". She was always a fully grown person who has valid outlooks on pregnancy and parenting both when she was against it as well as now when she is for it. Her outlook changed overtime, she didn't "grow up".

Really appreciate you putting this out there. I wholeheartedly agree. Choosing not become pregnant is not representative of a lack of growth, although tackling fear of any kind is a good thing. A person could work through fear of becoming a parent and still choose not to become one, which is a distinction that some people in such discussions lack. 💕

I also have a heart shaped (bicornuate) uterus and I am currently 13 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby not come across many people with the same diagnosis so this was a great video to watch I’ve been watching Clare for years as I love sims! Congrats on the news ❤️ my first was also an educated guess on the gender at my 20 week scan due to her being stubborn and not in best position, baby no2 is also being very stubborn already. I ended up having a c-section as due to my heart shaped uterus she ended up stuck in breech position due to the womb growth being restricted towards the end but it was a very positive experience being planned so all the best of luck 💕

I know this was two years ago but… when Clare first started taking about her fears I realized I had those too. I’ve had tokophobia for a while and I’ve always wanted to be a mother. Seeing Clare become a mom and beating and over coming her fears gives me so much hope and makes me believe I can do the same in the future :,)
