Kylie oddly enough played a car mechanic called Charlene, In the Aussie soap called Neighbours in the 1980s, partly halped to lift her career and also made a charity single that started this journey off for her. As then signed to Stock, Aitken and waterman in the 1980s alot of great music with them also.

In the song when she says she's 2 seconds away plus the song title she's in the process of announcing her world tour.
