Long time JK viewer here.. my advice to you. Treat JK less like a business and more like a group of friends. When JK became all about being high production, ad-friendly, kid friendly, grind grind grind, make money and grow a business, it lost what people like me came here for. Which was Bart and Joe with a few friends. Julia and Steve are the primary reason I come back now (and I'm lucky if Joe and Bart are there), if there's a Mafia video. But the soul isn't there for me anymore.. when the majority of the on-screen personalities are production staff, it feels like an empty shell. And hey, the channel isn't growing in subs, there are reasons for this guys. Maybe I'm alone with this opinion.. I still can't believe you don't list LATEST UPLOADS at the top of you channel... new visitors aren't always going to go digging around in upload lists taking the time to order by upload date.
