If you don't know what the backrooms are; basically, they're just endless hallways with monsters inside of them. The number of floors is not infinite, but the number is obsanistally high. The floor that Aphmau and her friends are on: Level 0. Which is called: Tutorial level. It may be unknown that the level may never end... also, there have been people in the backrooms before. There's an exit in the backrooms in the new version. If you get to Level 3999 which is an arcade level, you go to the windows for a random amount of time, then you will get a checklist of tasks, these tasks can range from slaying an entity, to drinking a random amount of Almond Water. (Almond Water is the main source of water in The Backrooms, not only can it satisfy thirst, it can also satisfy hunger.) If you complete all the tasks in the checklist, the glass door will open, leading to the frontrooms/reality, but however, if you fail a task, then you'll be stuck in the backrooms forever

there's another ending where there is a area surrounded with yellow light and if you go through it you will exit the backrooms

Actually, there’s only 3 levels, level 0, level 1, and level 2. The way you get out is by random, you’ll just noclip back into reality, assuming your not dead yet.
