You really should check out Termina. Translucent is their most recent song and they have another new song coming out next month. It’s heavier than this but similar feel to the vocals in the chorus.

I agree I wish the lyrics were more distinct. But I get the overall effect. It's the same idea I usually get from doom metal, that the voice is another instrument. Unusual in lighter genres, but they're doing it really well. Usually not a big fan of effects on voice, but here it's like an effects pedal on guitar. It enhances. Great band, great song, thanks for turning me on to it!

I don't get why some people are so focused on just hearing the lyrics. Especially coming from the rap guy considering modern rap (and the last 20 years or so) has the worst and most pointless lyrics of any genre.
