As a masc lesbian, very true. I will say there is a different kind of energy with hey mamas that a lot of people associate with them, like the cringey cocky energy. I’m very comfortable with myself for the first time probably ever and I like presenting more masculine, but it kinda sucks that people might look at the way I dress and make assumptions about me when I’m basically completely different from these kind of tiktok lesbians. I am very confident, but in a happy kind of way, not a hey mamas lemme make out with you kinda way. I just like hoodies and flannels and baseball caps and my hair is so curly and unruly that I basically always put it in a bun because I’m lazy. Leave me alone lmao.
