The woman in the video is his real life wife, I think they have 4 children and she was pregnant with one of them in this video. Dipal was correct in her analysis, since I still play this for my wife of ten years....lol. As you mentioned Geoff, he is a true bass (actually a Basso Profundo) where Josh is considered a Baritone.
