We Recorded All of Our Grocery Hauls in February with Receipts | Vegan | 2 Adults

Filmed all of our food hauls for the month of February and showed all of the receipts. We bought so many chips and that was disappointing, it's the one thing we've been trying to get rid of from our diet but we couldn't resist. I feel like they're addictive and expensive and would much prefer replacing it with fruit as I feel we don't get enough raw fresh fruit in our diets. But sometimes I get these intense cravings making it difficult to avoid potato chips. Ive always been into savory foods over sweets as well so that doesn't help. I always get praise on the fact that we don't eat at restaurants because most people will order breakfast, lunch, or dinner at a restaurant and I just want to show you if you're struggling to grocery shop and cook at home that you may regress a lot. I regress all the time with chips and chocolate, to the point where I'm eating it everyday. You may have those moments where you purchased a lot of groceries but no one wants to cook so you eat out over and over and all of your groceries turn. It's a process ya'll. Anyway, it's a full journey and I'm showing you all the good with the bad.

OMG I'm going to ask him to make it then, it'll be a short. If you go to TJ's anyway just pick it up, you won't be sorry. I'm not in love with it on it's own but I do like smashing an avocado with it.

Ever tried “moon milk”? Could also try infusing the almond milk with the tea herbs then turning it into hot cocoa 👍☺️

I'm going to have to look that up (it sounds cute lol). Oh snapppp. I know if I try that with milk and don't like it, D will drink it and it doesn't make me feel that bad.

Always a treat to see what you eat!! I have the same kind of sushi roller!!! So fun. For teas I'd suggest you goggle "Nourishing and Tonifying Herbs Nourishing Herbal Infusions by Susun S Weed 2007. Her main focus is on herbal infusions, but she also mentions herbal teas. I'm a big fan of Stinging Nettle infusions. But suspect it would be a bit too green for you at this point! Would love to see Dimitri's recipe for the Green goddess dressing. Take care!

Definitely doing the avocado dressing video because there's interest. It will be in the form of a KZbin Short (the 60 second vertical videos). Okay I will bookmark this suggestion. I have a Native American book my mentor bought me with some herbal remedies too.
