Prepping for a garage sale is a HUGE amount of work. It’s no surprise to me that these folks didn’t finish pricing stuff. That’s why we usually end up giving our stuff to Goodwill.

I was thinking WD-40 squirted on an ink stain would help take the ink out! I can't remember where I heard it, but WD-40 does do amazing things without damaging leather underneath.

Alot of people aren't real good at having yard sales. Yard sales are alot of work. By the time she had it all set out. She probably din't have time to get change. Everytime I have a Yard Sale, I make sure I have plenty of change...no matter what. My Dad had Yard Sales most of his life. He loved visting with people & giving people a deal on the things he sold. Alot of times...he had very little change or none at all. When he had no change at all. His customers seem to always understand. Or he would end up just giving it to them or they would end of finding the correct change. After he got alot of customers. He would have plenty of change & he always made plenty of money. It always worked out for him. The good Lord always helped my Dad with his Yard Sales. My Dad is in Heaven now. But. Everytime I see a Yard Sale. I think of my Dad. He would have loved to watch Matt & Kayla's video's. They are Awesome! They are my favorite !

@@hannahkirby8622 you’re absolutely right. I’ve run a couple of yard sales and they were a lot of work both in preparation and on the day. They can be exhausting. I didn’t mean to be rude. I’m sorry if my comment upset you. I had a great time with the buyers too. We often bonded over shared interests. It’s just that one of the steps in preparation I always did was to get loads of $1s and quarters from the bank the day before so I was ready for the sale.
