Dickey was a great person. To keep me out of trouble as a kid he let me work on his property one summer and at the end of the summer he gave me a 54 210 coupe and let me work on the weekends for parts. He showed me how to work on cars and how to floor pans in the car.

Dave should check out another KZbin channel called “DD Speed Shop”. A young hot rodder in Manitoba, Canada. He loves tri-five Chevys. He isn’t into total restorations, but he has done lots of panel repairs. He has found a easier way to replace complete floor pans. He quite often updates the brakes and suspension. Makes them safe. He is currently working on a 57? Nomad. That one he is working on to more finished completion. He has done a lot of 4 dr to 2 dr conversions. He has run into the issue about what doors work on a wagon or Nomad. He also has done a ‘56 wagon. I’m not trying to promote his channel, but just wanted to share some information for Dave.
