You too are such good people. Taking in these animals in their waning years must be so hard on you but so wonderful for them. I'm tearing up over here!

I couldn't take my eyes off Ernie...looking at you the way he did was so touching. It made me look at our dog Diesel in a different way. Our dogs are such blessings!

Heartfel and heart warming. I agree and thought the way Ernie stared at you was special. I like you both rescued around six or seven dogs a few years ago. All different breeds and they were a Joy. Kelseys knowledge is amazing too with the Westie ailments. No wonder the dogs ALL look so happy. Big Hugs to you al (Doggies and Humans)l from Carluke Scotland.

I was loved by a Westie many, many years ago. It took me about 10 yrs to get over losing her and crossing her over the Rainbow Bridge. Her name was Gibbers (hard G), and she was the epitome of "Westie"~vibrant, joyful,loving, full of grace & energy. I still to this day miss her so! I hope all your Westie rescues are coming along and healing their various ailments. I really enjoyed this video with all the snow and the trees and the vastness of your homestead! It has always been my dream to have a parcel such as that. @76, I'm beginning to realize that will probably always remain a dream. Just wanted to drop by, wish you & your beloved Westies much love, and may your Guardian Angels watch over all of you as you continue on your path of rescue for Westies!💞🕊🍀

Just saw your blog for first time and so impressed and thankful to you for what a WONDERFUL couple you are to be helping these Westies! I had a Westie, Nikki, for 17 years and she truly was PERFECT in every way...friendly, loving, playful, sweet, beautiful, cute. I see her when I look at your babies. To see the love in both of your eyes when you play with them or talk about them is so heartwarming.

You two have big hearts. I love that about you guys. Your fur babies hit the jackpot when they went home with you! We lost our 8 year old Cat Mr. Bitters Dude to Cancer a few months ago and Our Beloved senior Miss Ruby 19 has been diagnosed with Dementia so it just a matter of time before we make that hard decision. It gets harder every time.

That was a great update. Hope you all continue to be well going into spring. Those snow scenes were just magical! It's too bad they were relatively short lived, but getting into the warmth of spring is just as nice. Let's hope we get some good moisture this year.

Aww, what a happy update! Winter hardly came at all up here in the Twin Cities. One early snow, and another on Valentine's day, which has since melted and we're mostly back to brown landscapes again. A little two day cold snap here, and back to the 40's up to the low 70-'s next week!? My only hope is that this season we aren't in a drought like last summer, or we will be doomed for food pricing.
@RyanKnorr7 ай бұрын
Yeah I'm going to completely give up on growing anything if the drought conditions continue. It's already extremely dry at our place.
