I get knots behind shoulder blade often! I have to contort my arm of side affected up as far up my back as possible so your shoulder blade sticks out the most you can, Then get someone to massage the knot with a firm thumb with some tiger balm. You need to get booked on some yoga classes matey✔️

No I don’t think so, as I used to be a bike tester for the mags and never got it then on all sorts of bikes. Gunna try a chiropractor
