bro my class had the same thing but my teacher did a thing like the "great depression" and all our money in the bank was gone so somehow I had the great idea to steal the money from the teacher's container and I gave some of my friends like 1/2 the money and kept the other half so I was the class plug for like 2 days but somehow the teacher found out and I told the truth that I had stolen the money but I didn't tell her about the other half so I got sent so detention for a full day and my friends got to keep their money so it was more like a lose-win situation.

Must be something with 3rd grade teaches and having some form of currency. Cause my teacher would let us play a game of jeopardy every Friday. And there were also other ways of making money…helping her/others, passing tests, etc. And once a month she’d bring in kids stuff she found in her and her mothers attic and even some goodwill stuff and we’d have an auction. Like a literal auction. It was so fun.
