@@CHRIS-pc6nw In Finland we have a medically advised dietary recommendation of 800 IU or around 20 mcg of vitamin D all year around because of the low sun exposure and because we all are usually slightly deficient regardless of country. it really decreases your chances of contracting a disease and decreasing the strength of symptoms if contracted as well. Its too bad that US is industrially focused more on drug profiteering than dietary guide lining and research.

hey blazed. i used to get sick all the time and i started taking multi vitamins and extra vitamin D supplements and i'd also recommend Zinc supplements too depending on how much is in your multi vitamin pill. It stopped me getting sick all the time. I was sick every weekend and couldn't do anything but after added that to my diet i can't even remember the last time i was ill. Vitamin D is great to take if you're inside playing games as it gives you all the benefits from the sun and helps your immune system along with Zinc that also helps your immune system.

Hey Blazed. I found that sometimes a dust accumulation can cause sickness. I had that at my old house. It was too big for me to take care of well and it bit me in the end because I couldn't filter the air enough. Maybe try an air filter and vacuuming twice a week. Take care of yourself!

My advice for “guaranteed’ gambling wins. Start with 1000 scrap and place 100 on 1. (1 has a 12/25 chance of winning which is essentially a 50/50 toss up) If you win bank the winnings and place another 100 scrap bet. If you lose bet 200, this will cover the 100 scrap lost on the first spin, the 200 spent for the second spin and payout a net gain of 100 scrap. If you win the 200 bet start back at 100 and repeat. If you lost bet 400 scrap, this covers the 100 scrap first bet, the 200 second bet, and the 400 third bet, paying out a 100 scrap net gain. And so on and so on.
