As a german I visited Heide Park last Sunday for the first time. The overall Coaster Lineup is propably one of the finest in the country includeing Flug der Dämonen (my favourite ride in the park) and Colossos, which is definitely one of the best Wooden Coasters in Europe!!!

A smooth SLC sounds like a fairytale, I love the layout of SLCs but cannot take the hang and bang. This park really just has gorgeous theming all around; and the DJs really be pumping up the jam. Colossos' theme and projection show is so cool, what an amazing interaction and amp up. LMFAO THE MUDDY WATER OH NO. I wish more parks had monorails or something similar, every time I go to Cedar Point I wish the train was more "showy" of the park. See you in the next one alex

I was shook at just how much this SL-SLAYED. It was actually a pleasant experience. Pumped up the jaaaammmm yesss!! hahaha they were playing fire too. Agreed the elevated monorails of the EU parks are so lovely! It's a great way to rest and enjoy different views of the parks

Toxic Garden has been retracked by Vekoma before that season. That is why it was running smoother than other SLCs. @@AdventuresWithAlex

BigLoop is a nice little coaster. Unless your train goes out of the station, the first two or three carts get into the lift hill and the coaster has a shut-down due to heavy rain.... Last time I’ve been at Heidepark we sat for about half an hour at the lift hill because the rain was so heavy, the whole park had a downtime.

You have to verify your age with your id or a bankcard on the vending machines, so kids can't buy it unless they steal their parents id or something^^

When you guys were on Big Loop, I was like "wait, this is literally like Python in Efteling". Then I did a bit of googling and I saw that the university of Twente said they're pretty much identical, with a few minor changes. I guess that was a popular Vekoma model back then.

I just saw a documentary on the rebuild of colossus. All new tracks and very smooth. The only problem they had was that it wanted to go too fast so they had to add extra breaks.

They made it slower than before because the coaster gets too much damage on higher speed.😊

Hi Alex next Thursday I am going to Knott's Berry Farm. I don't know what time I am going but probably in the mornings hanging around like 10:00. I live much closer to Knott's Berry Farm then you because I live like 45 minutes away. I hope I go on accelerator, Hang Time, Silver Bullet, Ghost Rider, and a bunch of other rides.

Hi alex next time take some time off or do like i do plan for 2 days in some parks yes you can't do as much but the second day is ussualy so much better cause you just can enjoy yourself or if you are tired just s;eep late and either do or don't go to the park. As for Colossus its a bit boring in my opnion compaired to el Toro wich is of this year is my favorite woody after Wildfire. Its still a nice coaster don't get me wrong but compaired to el toro defintly a bit boring. Also if you come to eyurope avoid the summer holiday most major parks are open from june to september (a lot of them are actualy open to the first of noevember (just watch out for scandanavia wich has a pretty short seizone i would recommen late june and early july to avoid the crowds). Weatherwise the entire time is just a gamble since the weather has become a bit unpredictable the last couple of years. Did this park during the covid seizone looks like they did some upgrades on their theming since it. Not that it was bad but it could use a lick of paint here and there and that flat ride earia on the left north side of the park looked horrible. Don't know if you just didn't film it or if they sort of closed it of. And in the next park you must have been a bit dissapointed since it it is the worst of the major parks in Germany then again its probable ok compaired to US parks theming wise.

The umlauted a is pronounced like "eh" . So Damonen would be pronounced as deh-mohn-en, means demons

Desert Race i have mixed feelings with yes the speed is awesome but i do not think this belongs in a park its way to problem sensitive and its kinda a boring layout but well who am i to say what parks built

I think it may be one of the worst coasters in Germany due to its boring layout, at least since Ring-Racer closed down eternally after only four days of operation.
