Same reason as why the others sound like echoey, the game makes it sound like your actually in the area your character is in by adding the echo effects that would be applied in real life if you were there it’s just that the person recording isn’t affected because we’re listening to them from their original audio and not from another persons audio so it doesn’t affect your speech that you hear
