This home was abandoned and was at risk for a city violation, so we decided to clean it up for the neighborhood. Being an old fart who has lived in the area for 60 years, I recognize the area. Google says a super cool elderly lady lived there. She passed in July 2023. Google maps show the house being remodeled in July 2023. I am sure the family is deciding what to do with the home. It is showing for sale on several real estate websites. It is very nice of you to make it beautiful again. You are spot on, the market value is around $300K

I wanted to watch the whole video you did before commenting. It would have been nice if you had cleaned up the clippings etc behind you, but I guess it is what it is. The one thing that I did find as a let down was at the end of the video when you thanked Milwaukee for sending you some of your equipment but would like it if they sent you more as you would use it. Not to be looking down on things, but if perhaps you cleaned the clippings and things up behind you, you may find sponsors willing to do more. Keep up the decent work.

My goodness, I follow about 20 + different companies that do videos like this from the most premium like SB mowing, to the newest ones that I have found like yours. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such hyper critical comments about how you do your job! You do you and all you have to do is just improve with experience. Good transformation, however, I would have liked it much better if you had raked up the grass, cuts from the bushes and bits of paper spread in the yard by running over with the mower. @MZZNEWYORK5406: When I was younger, in my thirties, I held a full time job, raising two daughters on my own and took care of three yards, mine, my disabled neighbor's and my elderly Aunt's. I raked up any grass clippings in all three yards. I did the weedeating in all three and trimmed huge and small hedges with a pair of scissors because I couldn't afford to buy the tool needed to do the job. I had blisters on top of blisters, bandaid on top of bandaids! All three of the yards looked phenomenal all the time! I had a right to comment, as many others did, about the grass clippings and pieces of paper that were run over by the mower that should have been raked up but weren't. I subscribed because I thought they did a good job on edging and trimming the bushes to warrant it. I only gave a suggestion. I don't know what your problem is but I will say that I would rather talk "out both sides of my mouth" than the part of the anatomy I think you are talking out of! I am 74 years young now and cannot do lawns any more but sure wish I could!

You do a pretty good job. Pick up the grass and trash. You have the skills just pay real attention to details. Pretend every yard is your own and do it like you mean it instead of half way doing things. Don’t just blow all the grass and tree clippings into the yard. Take 10 extra minutes to rake and bag. You’re almost there Dylan keep going! It does look much better but it could have been amazing!

Don’t you go swimming in that pool, unless you want to get sick from the cholera and the hepatitis. That pool needs to be drained, cleaned, and sanitized big time with industrial-strength chlorine. Great transformation of the property, and Alyssa knew how to mow the grass so that the clippings didn’t wind up on the property next door. Some owners would have gotten furious. Fine job.

Right? It's some BS idea that you blow the trimmings back in to the yard and chop them up, but you end up spewing grass all over the sidewalk anyway and have to blow all that back on to the yard so what difference does it make, right? I always cut first, edge second, trim third and blower last, just find an out of the way place to blow it all or blow it in to a pile and throw it in the trash. Since I cut first I find it easier to see whatever is left that needs the trimmer.

Have you considered mowing first, then weed whacking, then edge trimming. Saves you from constantly blowing all that mess around. Dangerous idea swimming in that pool. Shouldn't there be a fence around it to avoid some person or animal falling in? Major improvement. Looks good.
