Sad news: Lance Reddick, the actor who plays Sylens, has passed away. Whether it be these games or the John Wick movies, he was a wonderful talent and his contributions to both series cannot be overstated. May he rest in peace.

The ending was clearly deliberate because they're already working on the next game I believe. I took this ending as more of a set up for what's to come in the final chapter if you will. I did like the progression with Aloy's character finally learning to lean on her friends realizing that you can't and don't have to do it all alone. Still really sad Varl had to die though. Interesting that you guys chose to kill Regalla.. I chose to save her and it had a bit of an interesting twist (won't spoil it for you in case you don't want to know). Overall it was a beautiful game I played on my PS4 but will have to try it again on my PS5 (now that I finally have one!) sometime because it just looks even more gorgeous. Glad you both enjoyed it :)

Its been fun this past week. waiting for this to be posted. been filling the time with audio books, listening for the 20 time the whole "lunar chronicals" series. yet again another strong Female protagonist like Aloy. would wish they where in the same universe. what a team. we are still Decades behind primitively not on even 50% level of old one era state of technological advancement. but even then: that kind of technology (00:03:39) already exists. kind of. aside from the more certain types of SMART remote controls Physically in one's hand, but scanning and the like, etc. may not be laughably on Tilda's level of tech, but a bit similar. I'm in shock/I knew both sylence and Tilda were bad news but never expected tilda would be the one to turn bad guy first. In was expecting things were going to gonwell then Tilda was going to unlock something that made things better but Sylence would zap her dead and go back on an ego trip, I was expecting Tilda's obsession with Elizabeth would be a Delusional ex that should be in a world record book for having an obsession with their former partner for ( insert amount how many thousand of decades here) then go as far force their daughter into a relationship. Oh man, I just found this video by chance, but I'm totally gonna check out your full playthrough of both this game and Zero Dawn. Maybe other stuff afterward too, you both have some very fun and interesting commentary! You seem to have paid a lot of attention to smaller details too, which I feel like people often overlook. visually portrayed, it seems like these current Days of ours(?)/old one era Days, right? *(**00:22:20**).* world leaders, Corrupt corps, *etc* using war automations rather than Human soldiers this time.... Eugh. it sucks. except there were the ACA3s, and the FSP5s, etc etc back in those Days. instead of the very far-futuristic-than-the-old-one-era-robots futuristic drones of the Sirius colony that we see currently being a bit of an intimidating sight.

I heard from another that guesses that it seems that our Sirius era 'neighbors' back out there on places(?) like Sirius X have evolved typical slow Human building (even with cranes, dozers, etc these Days for us and even for our old one era counterparts. not counting some of their robots and auto vehicles) of these Days to that of convenient 'growing' methods of constructing their homes, bases, skyscrappers, etc. (00:31:00). nanotech and all. just having some programmed 'seed' construct that they throw at a ground and letting it construct itself until it finishes the desired result of a Sirius Human's wishes of the design and choice of architecture. I mean, do yoh remember just how futuristically crazy-looking most of those Sirius era buildings are back on that island? like....darn. of course, probably not All of their structures are just 'grown' through nanites, etc. they would still have to manually build but much faster due to those specter bots for example doing the Physical labor and all. as we already know the many purposes for these machines of this franchise....

And so I'm back again after viewing this series. I really like the ending in this game. Burning Shores is on the... horizon (pun not intended; have you seen the trailer?), and a third game will be inevitable after that I find it interesting that /overcoming/ Elisabet Sobeck's accomplishments is now put onto Aloy's shoulders. In the sense that, when faced with an insurmountable obstacle in the form of killer machines, Sobeck had to pass on saving the current world and build the foundation for a new one... but Aloy /has/ to save her current world I do wonder about Tilda, since they never show Aloy checking the pod, but there's a chance she really is dead anyway. If she somehow survived, I figure it will be Burning Shores content, letting the third game focus entirely on HEPHAESTUS and Nemesis as the main threats. Speaking of HEPHAESTUS, I wonder if we could get a fully-dedicated boss fight against him. A dedicated machine, rather than one that's just powered up; maybe some sort of amalgam of the boss-class machines? (parts from the Thunderjaw, Stormbird, Rockbreaker, Fireclaw, Slitherfang, Tideripper, Tremortusk, Slaughterspine, etc. all put together) It's quite scary to think of what he's capable of, now that he has access to Zenith technology... maybe we'll get "Zenith" machines that have Spectre-style plating as an upgrade over Apex machines lol Besides those two, there's also Vast Silver. Not sure if you got the data points about it, but it was an advanced AI for climate improvement that went rogue, which is what pushed for the regulations placed on AI development (CYAN and GAIA technically break those regulations... but hey, it worked out well for them). One data point suggests it was captured, but also implies that was just a media cover-up when they couldn't reclaim it. Some theorize it was responsible for the glitch in the Faro Swarm, others think it snuck aboard the Odyssey and merged with/unleashed Nemesis, and a third theory suggests Sylend encountered it before shenanigans with the Banuk... Who knows for sure, but hey, maybe it's responsible for the active Horus in the Burning Shores trailer? Anyway, thanks for the care and effort you put into these videos!

Its been about 5 months since I finished the game. And I still don't know how I feel about that ending🤔it hasn't been confirmed yet, but there's definitely gonna be a third game. I think that's obvious. They left it wide open. Overall I thought the game was fantastic😎loved every second! The new characters introduced were awesome! Alva is my favourite❤love her wholesomeness and smile! Is it better than the first though? That's another discussion entirely🤔overall this game is an 8\10 for me👍🤟

Yay, you made it to the end after all! Unlike the tLoU, this second part is in EVERY way superior to the previous part and is a worthy sequel. So far, it's my game of the year. ...and indeed: the cats neglected by the game so far deserve to be cared for, if only because they patiently waited for it to end.
