Unfortunately that's not possible. It's like trying to see the pekora doll in Tokyo from Kyoto (or NYC from DC) while you're on a Shinkansen that is near 100x above it's regular speed. Math: Altitude of these kind of balloon: 18-37 km. Altitude of ISS: 400 km. Speed of ISS: 28,000 km/h. Speed of Shinkansen: 300 km/h.

Nice!!! I think it would've been nicer to get something more sciency like if an astronaut actually brought the plushie via a rocket to the ISS or if the balloon had a tiny sensor to check the elevation (since the official definition of entering space is going past the Karman line or 100 km above sea level iirc), but hey, this is awesome enough as it is!
