Andrew was correct on the Mexico bowls! Please be careful with the Mexico pottery and be wary of the dish-ware. Several years ago we had several routine lead level screenings on children that came back high. The investigation into it later came back from red paint on plastic grocery bags. Some of their paint still has lead in it. I have since been Leary of any unglazed pottery and won’t buy dish wear. I’m sure some of it’s fine but they don’t have the same regulations on lead as the USA.🌹

Andrew, HIGH SHIPPING COSTS = LESS BUSINESS...you are so right about shipping charges...I’m not certain if it’s the total blame of the post office...they’ve been pretty beleaguered in recent years and particularly with people not purchasing stamps the way they used to. But who knows for sure. FedEx & UPS aren’t exactly bargains either. Anyway, as a (small) reseller, there are a lot of things that I just don’t list because they’re so heavy and won’t make enough to balance out the shipping cost. Actually, I think it may come to some sort of crisis at some point. Because if shipping keeps going up, no one but big corporate are going to be able to afford shipping. EBay/Etsy give discounts, but it’s just not enough. I wouldn’t want to spend $20 for a $15 dollar item, for example. So then that means so many more items have to be sold at shops and flea markets and the like. As an “industry” if you will, resellers and small business owners in general, who deal with the impact of high shipping costs represent lot of people whose incomes are impacted by the issue. It’s a big problem.

You charging $22 to ship green bullicante dish. It costs $10 in priority regional A box or $14.95 in flat rate medium box. If the other $10 you charging for packing materials and your time & travel, then it’s not usps fault. I find their shipping quite reasonable

If you could ship packages that way across the country, it would solve a myriad of problems. ...ha ha ha... I suppose we should be grateful postage isn't like the Pony Express days, where the dude receiving the mail had to pay the postage. Tho if they still did it that way, I could think of a few people it would be the perfect revenge on. I'd just keep sending them junk mail until they were bankrupt. ...ha ha ha...
