Guys, this video was one of your best for so many of the wrong reasons 🤣 - Firstly, if I had a pound for every time Paul said the word RATS, I'd be able to take us all to Bermuda 😆, Mark in and out of that window like a slightly wounded gazelle, the dead rat on the floor and Paul's look of horror, the chat room banter, Mark quoting Ronnie Kray in my favourite film, Legend, the police turning up - all five police cars - overkill or what - and finally the way the guys handled themselves with said Police. Calm, respectful, knowing the law and handling it all patiently. This video should have been entitled RATTAGE and a picture of Paul's face looking like someone has just put one under his nose. 😱 Brilliant video guys, well done.

Most likely he’s told police it’s boarded up because they have been called out previously. If a property is empty/abandoned then it can be deemed unsafe. So if it’s open (not boarded securely) and anything happens, this can then fall back on the owner. I totally get that owners will be fed up of people going to the properties, you dealt with that really well lads 👌
