There is nothing called mainland India. Everything Everywhere is India. it's just urban and rural. stop being ignorant and choose words carefully. Jab take yeh divisive terminology use Hoga, the integration will remain incomplete. Also over time, any of the seven sister states with article 371 or special status shall be revoked with consensus as you develop at par compared to other states.

@@lcphom8920i know you did not mean any ill intent when you said mainland India. But north east just like south, or north India, is termed as a part of India. As a continuous piece of land. With nothing in between ( no water bodies or another country). Northeast is connected to the rest of India via land so you are as much as a mainland Indian as i am, sitting in Delhi. Andaman lakshadweep people can term it as such. The problem with distinguishing northeast as a non mainland area, separatists can attach this ideology and use it to do mischief. So i invite you and the rest of north east to refer yourselves as north-east India only. Jai Hind.
