I'm amazed at what you have done. To get from country to country without knowing the language. Travelling every day with all your possessions, plus dear little William who has been no trouble at all. I'm 86 (going on 11) and, though still driving and living on my own, I grow less active by the minute, and more and more dependent on vicarious living -- so that, from its beginning, your vlog has been, for me, a prized mainstay! Now I'm absolutely impelled to report that I loved tagging along on that trip! And to add, however belatedly (since I've not posted before), how much in awe I've been all along at your almost unfailing cheer, your easy grace and tolerance of each other and others, your imaginative pioneering at cooking and much else, your hard work and tenacity and resilience (not least at walking!), your sense(s) of humor, the old-fashioned brand of pleasure you seem to take in the quiet of the natural world, and the seamlessly loving and unassuming way in which you've enfolded William into your life and Life. The Misses and I have been following your channel from Ellsworth, Maine for a period. Both are more charming now, then when we first viewed you aboard Holly. I'm sure, after these past few weeks traveling, your exhausted and can't wait to get back on the Narrow Boat. The places you have taken us were truly marvelous, both with the editing and content. You really show us how to enjoy a vacation while tending to William. Not only Historic places but the food and transportation made us feel as if we should tour the European continent. Most Dutch take the short crossing from Calais to Dover, but the Hull Ferry got me to York in an overnight crossing with mandatory night cabin. Not cheap, but you save money while your hotel is afloat at sea! It saved me a lot of travel (by motorbike) in the UK. Sorry you had to spend so much time in the middle of nowhere, amazing how you managed to get to the ferry on foot!

Many thanx for taking us on your 2023 European tour… respect for your endurance But err. There is a shuttle service bus from p&o from Rotterdam central station to the ferry special for foot passengers as shown on website…anyway you made it home. Will try to come by for a coffee and sponge as we come over for our UK tour “search quest” to Holly…later this year, and some things to see and do…😂 Regards

As a retired european coach driver I really felt for you having to walk to the ferry at Europort, It used to be bad enough driving to it, we never saw people walking round there, loved all your travel vlogs well done to William , followed you since watched you building the cafe boat x
