Rope drop to close. We stay at Hard Rock that gives us early park arrival. It’s a long day. Stop to eat snacks and lunch. Time is limited on these trips so we make the most of it! 3 days is perfect for us. Also our favorite place to be. I smile any time I am reminded about it.

We were literally were in Florida for 56 hours! We spent open til close at the parks and it was one of the best days of my life!!! Since then 2 of my friends have visited a few times and they're the ones that introduced me to your channel before my husbandand I went on our big trip in November! We normally go to the 3 premier hotels so we go when the parks open then at lunch we go eat and take a break back to the hotel. Then back to the parks around 4-5pm till they close. Love that we can take a break and freshen up mid day. Can’t imagine staying all day and being sweaty.

This is very similar to our park days. We go back and forth a ton! I wish they would get a walking path (Harry Potter themed of course) between the parks but at the back of the parks. Like a walk through the forbidden forest or something. We often end up walking from the back of one park to the back of the other bc the Hogwarts Express line is too long. A path would save a ton of steps and time!

@@WatchDoggyDog sometimes when the parks are really busy (or during the pandemic) they opened a path b/w the parks where you didn’t have to exit and re-enter. It ran fro Rip Ride Rocket area to the Seuss area. I’ve never seen it open but it apparently does exist. I wish they had one all the time so you didn’t always need to go through City walk and the turnstiles.

So one thing I learned about Velocicoaster recently. You guys rode in row 11 which is actually better than row 12 because of the way the carts are constructed. You have an unobstructed view on row 11 where row 12 is obstructed by 11.

Seemingly unrelated question but do all the resort hotels have guest washing machines? I have been hard pressed to find an answer.

We are positive that they all have a cleaning service for clothes, but you can not wash them yourselves at some of the locations. For example, cabana bay has self use machines while Portofino Bay only allows you to pay for things to be washed by the hotel themselves! Hope this helps!

Also, velocicoaster was down when I was there on Tuesday (Pop Warner Party) If you don’t know what that is, it is where all the teams can go to the parks but no normal guests and they give out free food for only pop warner people!

Hope you two had a great time on your latest visit! Went over to IoA today and upgraded my pass to premier in advance of a ex co-woker coming down the week of the 20th and wanted to have the after 4 express since they do too. Got my pass upgraded and then went and rode Velocicoaster and then dipped out... I got in before the line drop and VC was showing a 40 min wait, took 22 mins, but Hagrids was showing 80 min wait and then when I got off VC it had went to virtual. Weekends are bad esp this time of year and I had no intention of making a day of it, oh the joys of being 15 mins from the park. I'll probably go more now that I have the after 4 express.

Our trip in April was 4 nights with a 4 day park ticket. Universal was running a special at the time to get that 4th day free. The day we flew in we did the Hard Rock pool and City Walk. On our middle day we hit up Volcano Bay, so we had 2.5 days total in IOA/US- Our last day we were only able to stay in the parks until about 3:00 before going to catch our flight. We got mostly everything done that we wanted to do, but a 5th night would have allowed us to see all the shows which we had to skip in the interest of time. So if you’re planning a trip and want to literally pack it ALL in over one trip, I’d suggest 5 nights. If we went back now, I think we’d probably be fine with 3 nights.

Once you’ve been you can definitely shorten the trips up and not feel as rushed if that makes sense! Most of our trips at this point seem to be 3-4 days as well!

Been here since Sunday, last full day tomorrow and departing Saturday. We've spent most days starting around 9 until closing, feet are finished! Plan to shortened future visits. Lots to do but we are repeating things multiple times like getting butter beer:) we tried all BB items and determined that frozen is the clear winner. Saw u guys in line at MB but wife was star struck and didn't want to bother u to say hi. Later read y'all took this last visit more as a vaca so glad we didn't. You COULD do a full day in one park for sure. Catch all the shows, stop and relax, ride a few things multiple times. We just always jump back and fourth, but it is totally possible to just stay in one park for the day!

Hi! I'm from Singapore and I'm planning to visit Universal Studios! Are there other things to do in the area besides going to Universal Studios? I'm planning to visit for about 10 days and was wondering if you could make a video talking about other things to do near Universal Studios for people visiting the country

There is plenty to do in the area for sure! We are so excited for your trip! We are not locals so most of our visits to the area are to visit the parks, but we will look into it for you!

We did this on Dec 3rd and did the meetup that evening. We were soooo tired! But it was worth it!

Hahah so were we! We had to be up at 2:30 am to catch our flight.. got to the parks around 9 and stayed until the OI meetup closed! We slept like babies.. for a few hours cause this was the next day!!

To us it is, to others it isn’t apparently! We have done the same for HHN! Like 8 am - 3 am. Long days and lots of steps!

Hi Pugh Two, We were hoping to see you two at the park this day as we were there also. Just wanted to say thank you for all your videos. Last week was our first time at universal and my wife, kids and I watched a lot of your videos to get ready for the trip. We picked up a lot of tips from you and really enjoyed ourselves, weather was great, rides were fun and we had Butterbeer in some form all 4 days we were there. My favorite was hot butterbeer, rest of the family liked the frozen best. Again thanks for all you tips and tricks and just overall fun videos.

Oh boy, my son & I went to 3/4 of Disney parks & both Universal parks from open to close, with 2 rest days in between a couple. And the Universal day included HHN until midnight! We were WRECKED 😂
