@@etanu8308i got in an argument with them once because all of the trains were cancelled for the rest of the day but they refused the refund because i had entered the station and therefore “used” the ticket. They didn’t update the app so i had no way to know. They told me it’s the railway’s policy not there’s spoke to the company and they said its up to the ticket vendor which indeed the refund policy is. They eventually issued the refund BUT hit me with a “refund fee” that was 50% of the amount i was refunded which wasn’t even the full price

Betty Boop was a cartoon character from the 1930's. I knew about her because in the 80's there was a programme on BBC 2 that was a 'grown up' version of Top of the Pops called the Old Grey Whistle Test. Queen and Police made their first TV appearances on the show. Mainly prog rock electric folk and heavy metal. Where no live set and no video was available, they would play old cartoons like Betty Boop over the track. Sounds weird, but it worked, especially late at night after getting home from the pub. Annie Nightingale and Whispering Bob Harris presented it. I would have loved that Betty Boop set.
