The pillow case bag that you found is from a good brand for a Yurako pillow. (Pelvis pillow) the cases are specific fabrics for comfort and stretching. So that 3000 yen price was real. Cases for those pillows arent cheap. Good for muscle pains.

Fun fact: The person on the 10,000 Yen banknote is Fukuzawa Yukichi.
