The toilet pistols are a reference to the movie trilogy The Godfather. They wanted to smoke some guys but they didn't know how to get to them. They offered for one guy to meet with them at a place of their choosing. They came to give him a ride. The meeting was a set up because they had an inside man tell them where the meeting would be. They hid a pistol in the men's toilet of the establishment beforehand. The guy went into the bathroom while they were eating dinner and having this meeting. He smoked both the guys right there in the middle of the place. Dropped the piece and walked out. He didn't run but he didn't look at anybody.
