Yeah I heard that, I have had two major back surgeries from my L4 to S1 they put 6 screws and a plate and bone fusion. So take care of yourself and your back bub.

Thanks - and I hope it worked out for you? I'm likely heading there from L4 to S1 though I have 9 bad discs (2 in the neck - the rest T12 down) so hard to say how it will end up. I have been working hard to prevent more damage but it's a difficult row to hoe!

Had spinal fusion on my L5 S1 around 2012. I can at least function although it will never be the same. Just have to know when I need a break and not push forward too hard.

Seems a lot of us with this issue! Darn it! I suspect everyone else was like me: hard charger when young, ignored the pain, paying for it now ;) Cheers!

Good morning Eric and Dorothy. I like how you guys did your little bit of chores and then worked on the opening for the utility room nice job. And talking about tool belts it's time to get Darcy her own belt lol. And from where in my bolt bags on my hips and my back. Is the way I wear my construction belts for me it's more comfortable but everybody eats their own my dad wore his in the front. And I just love how you guys have the horses and all the different game and the cattle. On your own game trails. It's amazing video footage. I do have one question for you Eric when you come back to finish off the door and everything and you put the side and back on are you going to wrap it around the left side of the house by the generator to finish it all off while you're working on the front? And you guys be safe and enjoy your week now

I'm glad you enjoyed the video, and yes, you're right Darcy needs a tool belt! And I'm working on the utility room door and will wrap around the generator side and tie everything together when I get back!

Oh yeah Eric P.S glad you see that you're taking a little bit easy when you need to with your back I'm glad to see that it's getting somewhat better. I'm actually been exercising and stretching with my physical therapy where most days I don't have to use my cane.
