(The Palms), have heard great things. A night out at Ole Red, as we reserved a table on 2nd floor for that. All day cabana at Circa downtown, which I am very much looking forward to, and of course...gambling. But that budget binder thingy is an amazing idea. We tend to get a little nuts, especially after a few drinks. But anywhooooo...we love the channel and content.

We got super lucky this trip, it’s very rare we come home with that much. We got our offers from Cosmo and have only three nights comp this time with $75 freeplay and $50 food and beverage credit. We’ll see if that changes when the MGM rewards take over at the end of the month. 😅

So along with Cailey’s “I could barf for touching strange gum” reaction on this trip, we also got the “What’s my next slot machine?” squint. I’m still trying to decide which eye flutter expressed more incredulity: the “Really? Your ice machine is broken?” or the $10.08 bonus (although that one was more in line with touching the gum). Nice way to end the last day. Loved the Minor miracle. Also, a very nice wrap up. So much info and great tips. We do sometimes get a little lost in the Vegas experience and may not remember to be as aware of the bad people lurking around, so thanks for the heads up. Now, laundry time. The high tea was worth every eye roll!! 😆 First we couldn’t sit near the piano, even though we requested it on the booking and said we’d wait for a table (there was empty tables when we got there) THEN the ice machine was broken, this isn’t McDonald’s get it together. Then the straw in the old fashioned that tasted like a foot, no cute sandwich stand for my pics, gross sugar lumps seeping down my glass made my hands all sticky, no bathroom in there so I couldn’t wash my hands and the food was all just average.. it was low 4/10 from me!! (can you tell this is Cailey 😆) Jason must’ve cut out so many more eye flutters, they were rolling in the back of my head by the end! It took so much convincing I’ll never get him to a high tea again 😑

Another fun vlog, thanks for sharing as always! I like Lago, I have eaten there twice, for lunch both times. My tastes are fairly simple and I have only had the Lasagna Bolognese, Margherita and Pepperoni Pizzeta's, (All very good) and tasted the Spaghetti and Meatballs (Good). The tables in the back are kind of crammed close to each other so try to get one outside or by the window to see the fountains.

The wife and I have been watching your videos for months now and we need to head there together for an adventure soon! I was just in Las Vegas last week for BlackHat 2024 at Luxor and Mandalay bay...tried getting a tower room upgrade and it fell through due to the bookings for all the conferences. LAGO is amazing! We were there last summer for our anniversary and I gave the hostess a $20 bill and we got a table outside on the patio overlooking the fountains. It was the best meal/experience!

Another Awesome video Jason and Cailey! You guys do such a good job with your money budget, kudos! We sure enjoy you guys! We had someone steal our $800+ ticket, we were playing our freeplay and had just moved two machines down. Forgot our ticket, realized it in less than 30 seconds. Went back to that machine and it was gone. We thought it ate our ticket. They checked both machines and they showed the ticket cashed out of our machine and then 2 minutes later cashed out in a ticket redemption machine at the front door. They had video of the suspect, but never caught them. It really ruined our night. Our fault for leaving it but still just a bummer.

We had a reservation, put in the notes that we were having high tea and requested a seat in the front area near the piano if possible. When we got there they told us they only do the high tea in the back, not sure if that’s accurate or not? I agree it would’ve been great value if the service/food/drink was better. I think they were having an off day, we were sent some photos of what the drinks/food were supposed to look like and it was VERY different from what we received. Thank you for watching ❤️

Great job as always! You guys are so fun. We had the high tea at Petrossian Bar several years ago when it was free on the My Vegas game as a reward. It was way better than what they did for yours, so hopefully, like you said, maybe an off day but putting anything out like that was not a good decision by management. Or when knowing its not up to par they should have gave you some sort of discount on ridiculous looking drinks and service. The waitress should not have allowed that to be served either, IMO. Our tea included the tiered trays, great service and great tea and free. LOL Just curious, do you guys ever complain when something isn't right or just let it go as lesson learned, do not repeat here? Congrats on only losing $400 in 7 days!

Thank you for watching ❤️ Now, if I got the high tea for free I wouldn’t have been so disappointed 😆 but it was definitely not up to standard over there. We had a few people send us pictures of what the drinks and food were meant to look like and it was NOT what we got! We bring issues up to our waiter if it’s worth our time and we think they’ll appreciate the feedback.. for example we went to ORLA earlier in the trip and all of the food was great but the lobster was very overcooked, it was over $80 and we couldn’t eat it.. we told our waiter and he took it off the bill and the manager sent us cake to apologize. The problem with Petrossian was we weren’t sure if that was just how they operate over there. Everything we had was thrown together, the service was not good and nothing was above average. We told the waitress to take away the old fashioned because it wasn’t very good but she left it on the bill so we just figured it’s a below average place with little to no customer service… nothing was ‘wrong’ enough to complain about and the bill wasn’t overly expensive BUT would we go back for high tea or any of the drinks we ordered? nope 👎🏼

😆😆 it’s all luck at the end of the day, this was a very lucky trip.. it’s rare that we come home with that much. We just try to keep tickets over $500, sometimes less if we’re having a losing day. We also try not to put more than $20-$50 in each machine but obviously fail sometimes 😆

@@TheCoinShow88 Good tips. I'll try to be more careful next time. If I stick $100 in a machine and get a nice bonus, I should probably cash it out and just keep those winnings vs. just cycling it though the machines again.

Another great installment guys!! In regards to the Petrossian Bar High Tea, for the prices that they charge, there is no excuse to be short staffed. If you don't have enough staff to give the customers the experience that they are paying for, cut those prices in half. Personally, that's just a lame excuse for me. They should put a sign near the entrance then, so people know what to expect, and then decide if they want to pay for the experience.
