We Spent a Week in the North Carolina Mountains ~ VLOG!

Alex and I fell in love with Asheville, North Carolina on our honeymoon road trip back in 2013. We have wanted to go back ever since, and finally made the trip happen! We spent a magical week at our airbnb cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains- we truly have never felt so relaxed and are already planning when we can go back :)
I hope you enjoy getting to see where we stayed and a little of what we did while we were there! The weather was beautiful and I loved getting to experience such dense snowfall!

I live in East Tennessee... about 30 min from TN/NC mountain area and it is just beautiful and my family and friends love going to mountains to "get away"... No wifi and little phone reception...but that why we go to refresh and relax.The most beautiful time in that area is Fall the color change in mountains is breathtaking. I'm so glad y'all came and had a great time...please come back and visit again. I love the vibe you and Alex have such cool and good humans. Love y'all.

I was born, raised and still live just south of Charlotte NC. I love the NC mountains! Just be mindful of the wild life there when you are hiking and exploring. My two daughters and I stayed in Black Mountain, about 20 minutes from Asheville, for a few days last year. We woke one morning to a mother bear and her cubs playing in the trees and in our yard. It was amazing to watch them. Also, I think one of those paw prints you showed was a bob cat print. They can be pretty mean if confronted. Glad you got to experience my home state and that you had fun!

I’m from NC and Asheville is a beautiful City. I’m glad you guys got too visit and even got Snow. It was so pretty and I’m glad you guys got to explore the trails while it was Snowing! Nothing like listening to water flowing down stream while sitting or even while laying in bed. Glad you had a good time.. I’m sure you guys will visit their again it’s beautiful and lot of people visit from many different places....
