yeaaa! It's so nice, especially in a realm where normally when you go to a theme park you have to worry about budgeting for food, or express, or other experiences. At Discovery Cove, just one and done lol you can buy merch but still the rest of the experience is totally stress and care free!

What a great video Lem!! I grew up in FL and remember going to discovery cove as a kid. I really loved it but haven’t been back since. This makes me want to go back someday! Thanks for taking us along 😊

They do allow tipping for the bartenders and they have clearly marked places for that!

This is a themed Park, not a resort. I hate how people keep calling it a resort.

I don't disagree with you, but the tickets themselves say "Dolphin Swim Package" (for with the dolphin experience) and "Day Resort Package" for without the dolphins. If you watch through the video you actually see us struggle with defining it multiple times lol

I think you did a pretty darned great job!! I went in 2001 & then recently on December 1st, 2023. It was a staycation/day honeymoon to ourselves. We got there first thing when Discovery Cove opened. We were assigned a lovely gentleman who escorted us to our fabulous cabana!! It had 2 chaise lounges, 4 chairs, a table with a box stocked with treats, a mini-fridge stocked with drinks, and a private locker!! Of course, we had to pay for this upgrade. We swam with dolphins!!!! Yay!!! We also added on the SeaVenture which was a ton of fun!!! We totally agree that their aviary is really the best!! Just a blast!! And loved how EVERYTHING was included in the entrance fee, and you could opt to pay for the dealio upgrades if wanted. Yeah, we're going back again!!!!!
