Funny story time! So, I used to go to Estes Park a lot (like several times a year). In that process, I talked to a woman at a local business several times. She told me she used to be a housekeeper at the Stanley. I asked if she'd ever seen or heard anything and she laughed and said no. However, apparently she was cleaning a room once and got an intense leg cramp out of nowhere, which made her scream and fall down abruptly. Then, she heard screams outside the door. Turns out, there was a ghost tour going by at that moment. She just stayed in the room and let them think they'd heard a ghost. Definitely my favorite Stanley story!

The forth floor always made me uncomfortable. It's closed in the winter because they don't need so many rooms then. It was where the guest's servants and nannies stayed.The employees still use the tunnels. The hotel keeps records of any major haunting activity. The will have the guests write down their experiences. Many of those the public aren't told about. Sorry but most people don't experience anything but it's a beautiful. I worked there for years. The mini series of The Shining (not the film) was made there.

That’s wild about the goosebumps. I’ve only had them on my arms. And I was slayed with the wig! You two are great at this because you give so much information and you’re funny but still respectful. And I’ve told people exactly what you said about there being a time we didn’t know radio waves existed because we couldn’t see them. But good for being open there might be something else on different frequencies we just haven’t been able to see. But I saw a glimpse of a ghost at my old coworkers house and she was one of the last people I expected to tell me her family and visitors saw it all the time. But no noises or moving objects and know others who’ve had much longer or repeated visits from ghosts.

Loved this spooky adventure! Like others have said on here, I’ll add my vote that you should go the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. I stayed a night and had several ghostly things happen. It was awesome
