This is too funny! I stayed here the same week you guys did with my boyfriend in the Salvatore suite for my 21st!! You can see us at 16:11 😂. I was the girl at breakfast at the corner table that was talking about seeing the Salvatore boarding school idk if you remember me haha but I hope you guys had fun as much as I did and I’m glad you got to see the Salvatore suite I believe that was the day we left haha. We actually wanted to ask you guys if it would be okay to take a look inside of the suite but we felt that was a little to ballsy 😂 Right before we left I realized the room was vacant so I took my opportunity hahahah. I hope you guys enjoyed your time there. We ran out of time and didn’t get to see the boarding school or the NOLA area. Guess that means we’ll have to go back eventually 😊

Hey I went with my aunt and stayed in the hotel went to the grill got a blood bag and seen the Lockwood mansion and Caroline‘s house and Alayna‘s house but I wasn’t able to see Stefan and Damon’s house Had so much fun though hope you do too

I’m so glad you had fun! The home they used for Stefan and Damon was unfortunately torn down in 2015 :( But you can visit the “Salvatore Boarding School” that’s used in the spin off legacies! I believe it’s in Loganville.

The original Salvatore Mansion was sadly demolished in 2015. You can however visit the Salvatore Boarding School / House that is used in the show Legacies. I believe it’s a private residence so you can’t go inside but you can go up to the gate and take pictures in front of it. The gate has an S for Salvatore and a sign that says Salvatore Boarding School. We unfortunately did not get to visit since we ran out of time. But I left the address for this place in my description under the video! :) You can stay in Caroline’s house, it’s an Airbnb & we stayed at the 1864 Lockwood Mansion. You unfortunately can’t tour inside of it unless you are staying there. (Which we did). I hope that helps!

Hi there! I’m sorry but it’s actually not the Salvatore home, this IS the 1864 Lockwood mansion. The Lockwood mansion in present day, aka Tyler Lockwood’s home, is private. You can see it through the gate but the only way to see it up front / be on property is if you book through the vampire stalkers tour. We got this information from the hotel employees :) I’ve put screen recordings / screen shots in our vlog that shows it’s the 1864 Lockwood mansion from the show.

The Salvatore study that I filmed is a Bedroom inside of the Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast. AKA the 1864 Lockwood Mansion used in the show as well. The Bedroom was inspired by the Salvatore Study. I did make a hiccup when talking on the video but I put texts on the video clarifying that the room was only inspired by the Study. Unfortunately the real Salvatore Home was demolished in 2015.

We went on a Tuesday night so there was no wait at all! Even for lunch on a Wednesday it didn’t look packed. Not 100% sure what it’s like on weekends, I’ve seen from other peoples blogs that it can get busy. Probably just depends. Best of luck and have fun! :)

That's interesting.. not once did we feel unsafe and the town was very dead in general. However, our walk from the hotel (Lockwood mansion) to the Mystic Grill was a very short / quick walk. We however did not feel safe in downtown Atlanta lol.

Most of the people around covington do not mind if you take pictures of the houses from the sidewalk, just be respectful, stay off the property, and if the homeowners family or kids are outside come back later to take your pictures

We did all of the above. We were quiet and respectful. When the owners of Elena’s home asked if we could be further away, we complied. However, we’ve seen multiple pictures of people standing / sitting on Elena’s porch, we never went on the porch but that’s why we thought it would be okay to be in front of the home. We respected the home homeowners when they asked us to politely be on the side walk.

We got close to a lot of TVD locations, including going on the property of the Lockwood mansion with the tour. The family in the Elena's house has little kids. I think a boy and girl twins and they play outside so the family is strict on ppl on their property if they're not with the tour company. How were you able to use music from TVD without getting copyrighted?

Hi there! I watched all of the seasons and loved the show! I can call myself a fan but acknowledge that I’m not an “expert” nor did I re-watch the seasons over and over.. i never claimed to know every detail of the show - especially since there’s so many seasons, it kinda is hard to remember every single thing. You can still be fan of something & have trouble remembering things :) Good for you for knowing the outfits, that’s a great memory you have there!

I watched all of the seasons & truly enjoyed watching it - I do consider it to be one of my favorites.
