That heavy chunk of metal found prior to the mason jar is a Crank Shaft found in the bottom of engine. It’s what turns the the pistons. More than likely from a Chevrolet because the Ford would still be running! 😂🤣🤣

As a Ford lover I have a pair of 4.6 litre V8s well over 220K. I just drove almost 450 miles round trip in my 05 Explorer and I got over 21mpg average for the entire trip. It was all freeway to my destination and city streets and state highway home so it could have been better if I'd stayed on the freeway.

If ya can't figure out who the owner was I'd assume it was stolen from a store thus owner-less. You can do a hard reboot if you want but the welcome screen is the default new owner screen. Did you try swiping UP from the bottom? Like swiping up on an Android phone to reveal all apps?
