I know what you mean....I was helping my son on an outdoor project earlier this week, 15 minutes in, I'm sweating & thinking, sheesh let's wrap this up. Thankfully it only took another 10 minutes to finish. Then for 2 days after, my quads or hamstrings (I don't know which) were all sore. Umm, little note to self....get some exercise in.
