U should have a tower that starts off quite strong and then you can upgrade it slowly to be able to split into no other versions of itself that are really op but with tony range. The base tower should be ok and have a decent range and you should be able to upgrade it to shoot different projectiles and have different amounts of itself that it splits into though the different versions of itself cannot be upgraded

They say energizer is better but that will have like 2 peirce because it doesn't normally do much damage and energizer doesn't nearly have as much base pierce as the ROD or glaive lord. A ROD is a lot better of a contender but in a battle of pierce glaive lords spinning glaives still have more pierce
