Money Pit Pete. Yeah, yeah, you've told me before you're busy making content and not lookin to watch someone else. That guy is making money very locally with a flatbed. Sometimes he does 3-4 loads in a day. Everything, precast concrete forms, topsoil and mulch. Rebar and mats for keeping equipment at construction sites from sinking. Anyways enjoy your skateboarding! Good Video Justin, Some flat bed and step deck loads you don't tarp and some you do, hated tarping lumber loads 13' 0 ft for 86 lumber without harness and stand and of coarse windy lifting up the tarp. And didn't like Georgia Pacific wall board loads always have a pin hole in the tarp and will hit rain and then stain the wall board then have to get rid of the part loads stained. Wall board for me was the rain caser on me. Rain, rain go away, leave me alone was my little song. I know a construction out fit got heck of a deal on wall board cause I hit rain and stained almost half a trailer of GP wall board. Just needed to get off the trailer and so charged them a dollar a for 4 x8 sheet of wall board. Made a little bit for my time and free lunch. And the construction company was redoing a house a block away, Easy pleasy. Oh, one thing if you don't have a dump valve for the center axle. Then make wide turn arounds or multi back and forth turns, other wise that super single side wall becomes a big dozer blade on asphalt. I dozed up a few asphalt parking lots cause the company didn't have a dump valve with super singles. Some places put a valve on the trailer and /or better in the cab with electric switch and extra cord with electric dump valve. Then turning not so bad as you turn you just dump the air slightly while turning skidding the tire some and then stop dumping the axle to put the air on and weight back on the axle on the spread axle trailer. Usually the center or inside axle dumps. Some people have electric switches for valves for both axle dumps. Just be careful with high heavy loads as the super singles with flat bed or step deck can get the feeling like top heavy and rock back and forth from side to side in the wind. It's not a good feeling as the super single track is smaller foot print and track spacing on the road then dual wheels. Take care and good luck.
