We Take a Road Trip to Akumal. Mexico Road Trip

We are done celebrating the wife's achievement of graduating from college. Now it is time for our road trip through Quintana Roo.
So in this video we try and get our rental car. This turns out to be an adventure all in it's own. Finally we get said car and we head out of Cancun towards Akumal.
We stop off in Puerto Morelos to grab a bite to eat as we were starving. We did not eat breakfast because if you watched our earlier vlogs on the resort the food was not good at all. Sub par at best. It 100% explains the cheap price we paid for a ocean front suit with a hot tub big enough for ten.
We ate at Quesadillas de la Colonia for lunch. Not even going to lie this place was a winner in our book. We ate so much good food while road tripping it in Quintana Roo this place is easily in my top three on this trip. It is a must try for sure.
Then we get back on the road as we still have a lot of miles in front of us until we arrive at our destination.
We finally make it to Akumal and get checked into our bungalow. We get settled in so we can figure out all the fun stuff that we are going to do while staying in Akumal at Yal Kú Akumal Riviera Maya.
