Show me how you would dial in exactly 1 ppm chlorine into a 25,000-gallon pool with 10% sodium hypochlorite using a HASA Liquidator. With my single-speed 15-gallon/day peristaltic pump, I just program 24 minutes (0.25 gallons). With the HASA Liquidator, you can not get that level of accuracy. The metering of the HASA Liquidator just can't match that of a dosing pump. The cost of a Stenner Econ T is $250 and a 15-gallon reservoir tank is $70 (includes tax and shipping). The extract cost is well worth it.
