Noticed your roofdeck AC outdoor units are blocked by some covering. That would hurt efficiency of your ac unit. Try putting a little distance so the air inlet can "breath". Maybe that's also the cause of your high electricity bill. That is an inefficiency that can stack on your power bill since its harder for AC to exchange heat and cool your home.

Such a perfect roof deck! That wall would even be more fun if you convert it into a water wall!! I love plants so its alright to put more greens in there and even install another living wall and as i said a water wall. Anyway you are using solar panel now so paying electric bills won’t be that expensive at all.
