Seen a Ferrari being done on Fast n Loud,, its tv I know but the cost of parts were just extortionate, don't know how the maker can justify it but you payin for a name. Good luck with this one, maybe you thought Scania parts were dear,,,, til now.😊

What’s the back story on this car - how did it get in such ratty condition necessitating the restoration?

I wish I knew. I bought it off a chap in Knutsford who also knew little about it. I'm guessing it was stripped for restoration and various works carried out but it came to a stop. Just my guess but can't be sure.

Expensive ne...welcome to the F-world.Wait until you find out how many parts are unavailable.But do not go to those websites...to expensive. Try elsewhere first.And I really don't like to see you guys working next to that gap in the floor ! Please put some wood blocks there.

Other thing...I would have put the front window in just to test its fitting (if you have that window). The gap of the A-pillar with that front wing is bigger on passenger side so maybe A pillar is of on that side.
