This week's cover is "We Took Each Other's Hand" by Kaori Sawada, from the anime School-Live! aka Gakkou Gurashi! (I didn't actually watch the anime because it's horror-themed, but that's why I'm also releasing it today.) It's a song with purely English lyrics, sung so beautifully by Ms. Kaori Sawada.
Well, I was actually supposed to post a different cover before this one but I have just been really, really hooked with Kaori Sawada and this song! #LSS #Fangirl
I first encountered her when a friend of mine and fellow Jmusic enthusiast, Chris, sent me a KZbin link of the MV of "Everything's Alright" by DJ OKAWARI feat. Kaori Sawada, telling me that the song suits my voice. The song was nice (and I might do a cover sometime in the future), but OMG... I. FELL. FOR. KAORI. SAWADA'S. VOICE. Like, it's very rare for me to find someone in the Jmusic industry with such a rich voice as hers that is really close to my range, so I'm extremely grateful to find a gem like her.
