Why does dust stop the starlight road?

2 reasons: you can't use starlight road in response to heavy storm anymore and it needs to chain to it, and also the dust tornado destroys his other card so it's marked for destruction when heavy resolves meaning heavy is no only destroying the one other set (the starlight road) so starlight road can't be used anyways since there aren't 2 cards being destroyed.

@@ricecHrispies007 Only the first reason is accurate. Road needs to be chained sequentially to a card that destroys 2+ of your cards to activate. Once it's met its activation condition and you have activated it, it's good to resolve. If the chain went Heavy -> Road -> Dust on other backrow, for instance, Road would still resolve fully.

Do you mean @27:02? Spell speed 2 and 3 cards that respond to an activation need to be the chain link directly after the card they are responding to. It's the same reason you can't Oppression a Blizzard if the Blackwing player goes cl1 Blizzard, Cl2 Whirlwind

Most people know that you cant starlight your own heavy if you only have 1 s/t, since heavy is only destroying 1 not 2 or more cards. But the reason it didnt work here is because Kenny chainblocked it by chaining dust 2 to heavy.

doomcal is literally the worst card because the 2 best decks (frogs vayu) kill it for no penalty, treeborn kills it and vayu kills it while not minusing. hell even d.d crow kills it

Billy Brake was an amazing player, but I feel he wasn’t a great deck builder and he was good despite his decks. I don’t know anyone that found success from net decking him.
